1.  What is the dimension of the wreaths?

- All of our New England Rope Wreaths have an outside diameter of 16".

3. Can I put My Wreath Outside?

- Yes our wreaths are made from polypropylene and polyester mix so your wreath will withstand the harsh New England weather.  

Placing an Order:

1. Can I place an order directly from your website?

- Yes, just locate the product you want, click the "Add To Cart" button and proceed to checkout.

Check - Out Process:

1. Who's e-mail do I put in the 'Billing' section?

- Please put the name of the person placing the order.

2. Why do you need my e-mail?

- We will send your order confirmation receipt to the email you provide.

- A second will be sent to the email you provide, notifying you when the order has shipped.

3. How do I ship my item to an  address other than my own?

- 1st fill out the 'Billing' section during checkout.

- 2nd Un-check the box that says 'Shipping same as Billing'.

- 3rd Fill out 'Shipping' section with recipient's information.

4. How do I add a personal note to my order?

- Toward the end of the check-out process there is a section labeled “Add A Gift Card” where you may add your message, don’t forget to add who it’s from so the receiver knows who sent it.

5. How do I make sure my order to arrives by a specific date?

- Toward the end of the check-out process there is a section labeled 'Shipping Date', where you may add the date you need your item to arrive.

6. I’m having difficulties checking out, What do I do?

1. Choose your items by clicking on the item itself, then add quantity and/or other information required for that item.

2. Click “Add To Cart” (At this point you can continue shopping, adding items to your cart or you can head straight to checkout)

3. Go to top right hand corner of the page where you will see your “Shopping Cart” stating number of items & cost, click here.

4. Once you have clicked on your shopping cart & all items are correct, click on “Checkout” to proceed through to shipping and payment.

Shipping Information:

1. What carrier do you use?

- We ship UPS Ground.

- International orders will be shipped by USPS.

2. How long will it take for my package to be delivered?

- Orders may take 3-6 business days, unless specified during check-out.
