Since 2014, The Peach Family have launched their little wooden boat, with a Christmas tree aboard, to bring festive joy to the town of Marblehead. What began as a personal labor of love has grown into a beloved, world‑famous tradition — one of the most photographed scenes of the season — attracting photographers and visitors from near and far to capture this iconic holiday image.
Keeping this tradition alive takes year‑round care. Tom and Samantha invest countless hours maintaining the wooden boat, tending its running rigging, and preparing the tree, lights, and decorations so the display shines each December.
